     In today’s post, we will be exploring the legality of CBD in America!  To better capture this subject matter, we have paid tribute to those who have already conducted the heavy lifting for us.  But that comes a little bit later on!  As an introduction, the legal status of CBD in America mainly rests upon its derivative source.  Federally, CBD oil sourced from industrial hemp is now legal.  It must contain 0.3% or less of THC, to be considered such though ( according to the 2018 Farm Bill).
